Mike Strianese is the CFO and COO of the Foundation for Opportunity in Education. He is a former Managing Director with the management consultancy Blue Slate Solutions, a Business Strategy Consultant with the Harvard Computing Group, a Technical Analyst for a registered investment advisor, and a Six Sigma Functional Leader with General Electric Corporate. Mr. Strianese serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Brighter Choice Foundation, as Trustee, and past-President, of the Board of Trustees of the Albany Community Charter School, as President of the Board of Trustees of the Henry Johnson Charter School, as a Trustee of St. Gregory’s School, and as a non-Director member of the Finance Committee of Albany Medical Center. He is past-Treasurer and Trustee for the Brighter Choice Charter Schools and has volunteered with the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City. Mr. Strianese received his MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and his BS from Siena College.
